On the Patio
On the Roberts Street Pizza patio we are adding something new while keeping everything you already know and love.
Introducing our Candy Shop and Patio Stop, a relaxed grab and go space featuring imported candies, cold drinks, frozen take and bake pizzas, and pints of Mizu ice cream. It is perfect for a quick bite, a treat, or something easy to enjoy while spending time on the patio.
You can still order our full pizza menu as usual. This is an addition to the patio experience, not a replacement.
We will also be hosting live events and entertainment on the patio throughout the season. Whenever there is a show, we will offer pizza by the slice along with our regular menu so you can enjoy great food without missing the atmosphere.
After almost 30 years serving Ladysmith, Roberts Street Pizza is excited to bring something new to our space and make the patio an even better place to gather, relax, and enjoy good food, music, and community.

Laura Kelsey
Laura Kelsey has played hundreds of events; opened for acclaimed Canadian artists like Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), Terra Lightfoot and Daniel Wesley; and toured with Canadian rocker Matthew Good in 2022. She has fronted everything from metal to folk bands, and she brings these musical influences together to create “earthy magic” inspired by natural West Coast elements, honesty and dreams. Her EP Hunting Season was released in 2023; and her full-length album Hidden Mountains is now available.

Whether creating a relaxed atmosphere or entertaining a lively crowd, Ryan brings passion, versatility, and authentic musicianship to every performance.

Our venue features a cozy stage with seating for approximately 35 guests, making it an excellent space for intimate performances and meaningful audience engagement.

- Storytelling
- Other live performance acts
If your performance offers something unique while remaining suitable for a family audience, we’d love to hear about it.
Performance Information
Please keep the following in mind before submitting your application:
- Performances should be family-friendly and appropriate for audiences of all ages.
- Our preferred booking length is approximately two hours, including any breaks as needed.
- Performers are responsible for providing their own instruments, equipment, and sound gear. Standard electrical outlets are available on-site.
- Our stage is best suited for intimate performances that encourage audience connection.
